The Plain fabric collection was originally designed with the Cord fabric in mind. The colours match the Cord design whilst the reverse of the fabric matches the ground cloth of the Cord fabric, meaning the cord motif can be isolated, rather than always showing the full repeat.
The darker colourways, or jewel colours, were designed to balance the collection with richer complimentary tones.
All colours are reversible.
